Ache.

I'm missing you.

First thing I realised in the morning is, my body was aching badly, especially my both thighs. Ache like hell that even going up the stairs is such a chore... And now my neck is aching, probably that I didn't sleep well this afternoon. But the reason why my body aching is obviously because due to the first PE lesson we had with our teacher. It's just the stretching and warm-ups, but I'm already aching. Hahaha, not just me! This morning during CRM (first lesson), everyone was so tired! Lying on the table, eyes half-opened and so on. Hahahaha, hilarious. Jiayou, QB! Get used to it soon. Hahaha, I know it's been quite a long time since I/We last exercise. For me, I have already semi-quit/quit volleyball for 1-2 years. Haven't been quite active in sports and my stamina dropped like hell. :( This is bad. I need to go back volleyball training soon and get my stamina/figure back. HAHAHA! And I only did 31 sit ups 11.1 secs for shuttle run for my NAPFA. Boohoo. The others stations gonna continue the other time. I'm sure gonna fail my inclined pull-ups hahaha.
